1. Who we are

ZyroClip is operated by Nathan Benkemoun, an individual seller ("we", "us"). By using ZyroClip you are entering into a contract with Nathan Benkemoun. ZyroClip is an online service that turns long videos into short vertical clips with captions, titles and hashtags using artificial intelligence.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZyroClip. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam or deceptive content;
• upload or process videos you do not own or have permission to use, or otherwise infringe intellectual property rights;
• bypass technical protection measures, access restrictions or the terms of third-party platforms;
• interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, overloading), reverse engineer it, resell it or circumvent its technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the ZyroClip service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep the rights to the videos you upload and the clips you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service. Rights-holders can report infringing content via our contact page; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

6. AI-generated results

Selections, scores, transcripts, titles and hashtags are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are indicative only and no audience result is guaranteed. You are responsible for checking and for the content you publish.

7. Credits, payments and subscriptions

Processing uses credits at the rates displayed before each run. Credits reserved for a processing job that fails are returned automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund policy.

8. Availability

The service relies on technical providers (transcription, AI, video rendering). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can delete your account at any time in settings; your files are then deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
